Q. Will my listing appear on MLS?

A. You have the option of listing on MLS through DwellWell.com for an additional fee. While we can assist you with MLS, we're confident that if you use the resources on this site and follow the recommendations of our Home Sellers Guide, you'll stand a good chance of not having to list on MLS, saving you thousands in commissions. Remember, when you list on MLS, you're responsible for paying a commission to the buyer's agent. That amount is determined by you and can average between 2.4% and 3% of the selling price of your home.

Q. Will I be able to make changes to my listing?

A. Of course. You can make any changes you like by logging into your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change the photos you've uploaded or advertise upcoming open houses. You're in control of your listing at all times, and all changes happen in real time, so they'll appear immediately.

Q. Who owns the signs?

A. All of the signs remain the property of DwellWell. Once you list your home and payment is received, the signs will be delivered. Once your home is sold, simply contact DwellWell to pick up the signs.

Q. How long does it take to get my home listed?

A. If you list and pay online, your listing will be active immediately. If you choose to pay by check, your listing will be activated upon receipt of payment. You can complete, update or change your listing at any time.

Q. Can I make changes to my listing after it has posted?

A. Certainly! Simply log in to your account at any time.
