How often can I share?
As often as you wish. Let people know about open houses (you can schedule them as part of our service), price reductions, incentives. Or simply send gentle reminders from time to time.
Does DwellWell help with the sharing?
You bet. After you list your house on DwellWell.com, we share it with our communities and networks. We drive traffic to your listing page through targeted social media marketing and search engine marketing.
Do I need a real estate agent if I use DwellWell.com?
In this climate, it´s a good idea to have an agent. Remember, finding a buyer is only the first step toward selling your home.
